Wikšē Belt
The Wikšē Belt is Italkelto's most populous megalopolis, spanning much of Tsal. It has a population of approximately two billion people. Many of the planet's financial and cultural hubs are located in the belt, making it one of the most influential regions in the galactic community.
Naming
The term Wikšē comes from a portmanteau of the region's westernmost city, Wikum, and its easternmost and largest city, Ēšē. "Wikšē" is often compared to the word wijē, meaning "infinite", alluding to the region's large size.
